It is our store policy to allow 1 consignment window per person per day to ensure that all of our consigners get the opportunity to have an appointment. Feel free to schedule multiple appointments at a time in advanced, however.
Please only schedule your appointment once and wait for a confirmation email. The appointment scheduler will not show your appointment marked off immediately. If you do not get a confirmation email within 10 minutes, please call your store to ensure your appointment has been created.
Users with an outdated JAVA plugin may not get a confirmation window popup. If your loading wheel pauses, simply close the window or navigate to another page and wait for your confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. Remember to check your SPAM folder, too!
